Chichester Careline has been operating for 27 years and are nationally recognised as one of the leading control centres in the country. 

We have a wide range of corporate clients, many of whom we have been supporting for over 20 years.

We are accredited by the Telecare Service Association for our:

  • Monitoring service - We run a 24-hour call centre taking and receiving calls from vulnerable clients.
  • Installation of Telecare equipment - As well as the Careline unit and pendant, we also offer additional pieces of equipment that assist your client to remain independent. These include smoke sensors, bed sensors and move detectors.
  • Mobile warden service - This is a 24-hour personal response service for clients living within 20 miles of Chichester. We also provide a visiting scheme service to those who live outside of this area.

We can offer you a number of services including:

  • a 24-hour monitoring service for anyone who wants to live independently;
  • support and cover for your scheme managers when they are away;
  • a messaging service for your clients when your scheme manager is unavailable;
  • lone worker monitoring;
  • a locating system that monitors those with dementia
  • an out-of-hours telephone service;
  • a call up service that checks on your vulnerable clients;
  • a 24-hour mobile response service if you are located within 20 miles of Chichester; and
  • a visiting scheme for those who live further than 20 miles from Chichester.

You can be reassured that your customers can reach help at the simple press of a button or pull cord. Using the Careline service they can call for help if they experience medical emergencies, anti-social behaviour, bogus callers, fire, power cuts, or if they just need reassurance.

We have the very latest technology (Tunstall PNC6). This has the ability to support most hard-wired systems and dispersed alarms. It can also produce detailed management reports.
